POLICIES & REMINDERS

RETAINERS:

A $75 retainer is REQUIRED to book your session. Booking is a first come, first serve process! Those who pay a retainer first, get first choice on available sessions! Retainers are NONREFUNDABLE should you decide to cancel.

PAYMENT:

The remainder of your payment is due at the time of your session IN CASH!

LATE POLICIES:

Timing in this industry is crucial! Most of my shoots are right before sunset and some days I have multiple sessions scheduled. That being, if you are late, it only cuts time out of your session & may result in your album not being fulfilled. Please allow yourself enough time to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early! Times are subject to change at photographers discretion.

RESCHEDULING POLICIES:

24 hour notice is required when needing to reschedule! But, please take into consideration that it may be weeks before I have another available session & am able to fit you in! If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will have to pay another retainer to book again! Client’s can only reschedule once, after that, you will have to pay another retainer to book again.

Rescheduling due to "cold" is not a valid reason to reschedule when booking outdoor sessions in the winter.

For things such as bad weather (high winds, rain, hail, etc.) - that is neither your doing or mine. We will work together to find a solution! Winds over 15-20+ mph call for rescheduling!

CLIENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18:

A parent/guardian must be present. They are more than welcome to stay in the car, they just need to be there!

ARTISTIC RELEASE:

Captured by Keaton Atley will edit all images consistent with her current portfolio. Captured by Keaton Atley will use her artistic judgement when providing her services, and shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgement and artistic quality of said services. Images in your album will be selected by the photographer. If there are any extras, those will be sent in a separate gallery. Images in your final album cannot be switched out for images in your extra's album. Images in the extra's album are solely available for purchase at $10/image. The work I provide is art - that being said I do not provide raw files.

UPON RECEIVING IMAGES:

A link to your images will be sent to you via text through Pixieset.com. Images must be DOWNLOADED to your mobile device or PC - No screenshots as this deteriorates the image quality. There is absolutely NO ALTERING, CROPPING, OR ADDING FILTERS TO THE PHOTOS. Turn round time is 3-4 weeks.

LIABILITY:

Captured by Keaton Atley is NOT responsible in the event any injury or death at ANY given time, including when client(s) are traveling to/from their session.

By booking with me, you are stating you have read & agree to all policies.
